Roberto Rapisardi grew up in Italy’s Umbria region with culinary tradition in his blood. Since aged 14 he has worked in award-winning restaurants both at home in Naples and internationally. With 35 years of experience in renowned kitchens, he brings his knowledge and passion for cooking to bear in Hellfire, Dublin.
