  1. Acceptance<\/strong>. By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Eligibility<\/strong>. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Winners will be required to provide photo identification as proof of age e.g. passport or driving license with an UK address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Promotional period<\/strong>. This promotion will launch on 9th<\/sup> Octoberr 2023 via a collaboration post on the @EstrellaGaliciaUK and @rockinsHQ Instagram channels and will close at 23:59 GMT on 20h<\/sup> October 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Entry requirements<\/strong>. To enter this competition and giveaway you have to:
    (i) follow the @rokinsHQ and @EstrellaGaliciaUK Instagram pages
    (ii) like their competition collaboration post during the promotional period indicated above.
    (iii) tag\/mention a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Prize.<\/strong> The winner will receive a personalised jacket made by Tim Rokins at RockinsHQ, as part of the positive impact activation of the EGx PDV envent
    – This prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.T
    The expenses derived from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by the Promoter in these legal terms will be borne by the winner of the campaign.
    Extensions, alterations, and upgrades are subject to (i) the sole discretion of Estrella Galicia Internacional S.L, (ii) availability and (iii) at the winner\u2019s expense.
    The winner selection process will be carried out using methods that guarantees the integrity and randomness of the draw made. At the time of issuance of these legal term, the Promoter uses the Appsorteos application, without prejudice to the fact that said collaboration may be changed at any time.
    Appsorteos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the draw result and as proof of this it issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which is unalterable by the Promoter. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, the latter shall always take precedence.
    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Notification.<\/strong> One winner will be selected at random and notified within 72 hours of the closing date. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner using the details given at the time of entry to the giveaway. However, if a response has not been received within 24 hours from the time of contact, or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Any winner that objects to the same must notify the Promoter as soon as possible after being informed of winning the giveaway.
