{"id":49059,"date":"2023-11-28T14:38:09","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T14:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/estrellagalicia.com\/gb\/?p=49059"},"modified":"2023-11-28T15:32:15","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T15:32:15","slug":"lrf-autumn-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/estrellagalicia.com\/gb\/lrf-autumn-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Thank you London Restaurant Festival 2023!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are thrilled to be a partner of London Restaurant Festival, celebrating their fifteenth year!<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now that we\u2019ve\u00a0waved goodbye to another month of exclusive experiences across the city, we\u2019re\u00a0reminiscing about Estrella Galicia\u2019s participation in the festival\u2019s unrivalled Gastronomy.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, Estrella Galicia hosted Tapas Tours in Islington and Borough Yards, the latter of which was hosted by our Executive Chef Paco Torrico, as well as an exclusive Tasting Menu paired with Estrella Galicia at Brindisa Battersea hosted by founder Monika Linton.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the absolute highlights of the month was a showstopping, 15-course lunch hosted by Michelin-starred chef Nieves Barragan at Sabor on Heddon Street. In celebration of the festival\u2019s 15th anniversary, Nieves developed a 15-course menu showcasing her journey through the London food scene in the last 15 years. Paired with beers from Estrella Galicia, guests enjoyed authentic Spanish dishes, from tender tuna loin in sherry wine, to diver caught scallop before finishing off with mouth-wateringly good desserts including chargrilled pineapple sorbet with chilli.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>It certainly was an afternoon to remember, and the perfect end to the penultimate week of our Autumn festival.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For exclusive access to events like these, subscribe to our newsletter.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are thrilled to be a partner of London Restaurant Festival, celebrating their fifteenth year!
