Turn the melon baller 180\u00ba, until the scoop is facing you. There should be a perfect ball of melon sitting in the scoop.<\/li>\r\n<li>Make about 6 &#8211; 10 balls and add to the orange juice, set aside to plate\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>For the sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ol type=\"1\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p>In a pan on a medium heat add the soy sauce, garlic, orange zest and lime zest.
