2. Data Sheet
La Milnueve
La Milnueve is made from carefully selected malts and hops of the aromatic Perle Hallertau variety, providing a good balance of aroma and bitterness. Its dark amber colour and pleasant roasted notes come from a generous use of roasted malts.
Elaboration
Made from a specific wort in the Hijos de Rivera factory, in A Coruña. La Milnueve beer has one of the longest maturation periods among national lagers.
The head is abundant and creamy, retained throughout drinking and leaving a characteristic “Belgian lace”. The alcohol is very well integrated and the sensation of alcohol in the mouth is mild and warm, without the roughness usually found in beers of the same alcohol content.
