Estrella Galicia Cerveza Lager
This is a bright golden beer produced from a selection of malts and especially bitter hops. The boiling, fermentation and maturation process takes more than 20 days, what provides this beer a pleasant and characteristic hoppy flavour.
Characteristics
BREWING OF ESTRELLA GALICIA CERVEZA LAGER
It is made from a specific wort in the only production facility of Hijos de Rivera, in A Coruña. The brewmasters take approximately one month’s work in elaborating Estrella Galicia Especial (50 cl can), and half of that time is dedicated to its cold storage.

Cooked in stews or casseroles.
Meats
Chicken and rabbit. This pairing will be improved in dishes cooked in the oven and using aromatic and unctuous dressings.
