Brindisa has been the home of Spanish food in the UK for over 30 years. Monika Linton is the founder of Brindisa, one of the UK’s best Spanish food shops. She set it up in the 1980s to share her love for quality Spanish produce, and the company is now regarded as one of the most knowledgeable authorities on Spanish food in the UK.
